When we have potlucks and barbecues if you're going for a easy go-to appetizer we make our favorite Spinach Artichoke Dip.
We were so used to the basic Spinach Artichoke dips until we came across a recipe that said there are endless possibilities with Spinach Artichoke Dip. And thus we created our twist on the old recipe. We added different types of cheese. And we did not know we could top it with more veggies. Ever since the pandemic we have been trying to be more about adding vegetables to our dishes. And look at that beautiful red orange tinge. In addition to the beautiful color it also adds a lil texture to our dip something that was missing in our old recipe.
